Getting to Anstruther
Anstruther is served by a good road network and is about 75 minutes drive from Edinburgh. If you are coming from other directions and come through St Andrews, it is only 20 mins. drive from there.
There is a railway station at Leuchar, where buses run frequently to St Andrews (up to every 15 minutes). Alternatively, a taxi journey would take about 20 minutes.
There are good coach services to St Andrews from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee and local bus services to Anstruther, and also to other coastal villages.
There are two car parks at the harbour and two others half a mile away. A fee is payable at the harbour car parks during the summer months.
